The Photos app that comes as a standard with Android can be used to view files, but there are no available options for you to edit anything. The standard process of resizing an image is to either select one or multiple images from your album, then choose the resolution that you want it resized to. A remedy for this is to create a fake lamp illumination using the LensLight app. This technique can be used on any photo that has an unlit street lamp in the scene.
Open the LensLight app, then tap the New button thats located inside the star icon. Select the street light photo that you want to edit.

Scroll across the list of effects and tap on the effect called Sol Invictus.

As decreasing or increasing the size of an image will respectively decrease or increase the number of pixels that are rendered when you open the file. This means that the smaller the number of pixels, the less the size of your file, and vice versa. The most direct way to resize an image on a Mac is through Preview, the default image viewing app. Its not ideal for more complex image adjustments, but its a quick and easy way for something like resizing. When we create an Image view in SwiftUI, it will automatically size itself according to the dimensions of its contents. So, if the picture is 1000×500, the Image view will also be 1000×500. This is sometimes what you want, but mostly youll want to show the image at a lower size, and I want to show you how that can be done, but also how we can make an image fit some amount of the users screen width using a new view type called GeometryReader.
First, add some sort of image to your project. It doesnt matter what it is, as long as its wider than the screen. I called mine Example, but obviously you should substitute your image name in the code below.
Now lets draw that image on the screen:

Even in the preview you can see thats way too big for the available space. Images have the same frame modifier as other views, so you might try to scale it down like this:

However, that wont work your image will still appear to be its full size. If you want to know why, take a close look at the preview window: youll see your image is full size, but theres now a box thats 300×300, sat in the middle. The image views frame has been set correctly, but the content of the image is still shown as its original size.
