Wonder no more when we might see the iPhone 13. Apple just sent out invitations for a Sept. 14 product event. The “California Streaming” event is an online-only launch, and it gets underway at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.
There’s no official indication that the iPhone 13 will be launched at this , but logic dictates that it’s going to be the focal point. After all, Apple typically holds its iPhone launches in September, apart from last year’s delayed iPhone 12 rollout.;
Besides, all the rumors point to the iPhone 13 making its official appearance on Sept. 14. A UK carrier is teasing the ‘next generation’ of phones for September 14, which could be referring to the Apple event, for example.
As for when the phone might come out, a report from Front Page Tech says that the iPhone 13 release date will be September 24 with pre-orders starting on September 17. Those dates are in line with the Sept. 14 unveiling.
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, who’s also wired into Apple’s plans, has previously said that the Phone 13 will lead a parade of Apple product launches in the fall. Another rumor, this time from DigiTimes, backed that up by claiming that Apple would hold multiple events in September.

Whats The Display Like
Like the 11 Pro series, the iPhone 12 Pros display uses a form of customised OLED technology that crams in more pixels than ever before . Each individual pixel emits its own light, meaning blacks will appear blacker and brighter shades will pop separately without over-saturating or washing out the image as a whole.
The enhanced display also has the added benefit of brightness close to double than that of its predecessors, notching the brightness up to 1,200 nites, to enable pictures and videos to look as life-like as possible which is best demonstrated when watching video footage .
Unlike last year, the flagship handset and smaller of the two Pros this year share a screen size and resolution the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pros displays are the same, meaning the distinction between the standard and Pro lines hinges more heavily on differences in the camera system.
For those who care about tiny details, the SIM card tray has moved from the right-hand side of the phones body to the lower-left. Otherwise, its pretty much business as usual: power button on the right, volume buttons and silencer on the left, and a lightning charging port on the bottom.

The iPhone 12 Pro was announced alongside the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max on October 13, 2020. While we originally expected to see the phones at the September Apple Event, in line with the typical iPhone launch window, the handsets were unveiled a month later, likely owing to the coronavirus outbreaks impact on manufacturing and supply schedules.;
The iPhone 12 Pro release date was October 23, 2020, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max followed later in November, but of course they’re both readily and widely available now.

The implementation by Apple is as poor as the Auto mode on Xperia flagship. Even the sensor shift stabilization of vivo X50 pro didn’t produce any significant improvement over regular OIS.It will improve in future phones but for now it is overrated.

Night Mode Benefits From Deep Fusion And The Lidar Scanner
Apple introduced Night Mode an automatic feature to improve shots taken in dim and low-light conditions both indoors and out last year in a bid to better compete with the AI-powered tweaks Google and other rivals had integrated to their handsets to offset the difficulties that arise when shooting at night. This is made possible via the iPhone 12 Pros rear-facing sensor that detects when its dark and its new LiDAR scanner, positioned on the rear-facing camera bump.
The LiDAR scanner allows all three of the back-facing cameras to focus much more quickly in little or no light, removing the need to keep stabbing at the screen to try and establish a focus point, using pinpricks of light to establish the proximity of its subject so that Night Mode software can brighten and sharpen it for the final image.
The improvements mean that Night Mode is much less prone to bathing an entire outdoor scene in unnatural, ghostly light than it was on last years Pro range , creating subtly lit, gently-rendered night shots that equal similar shots taken on a DSLR. Colours are more representative of real-life, light is dispersed more naturally and pictures appear sharper without being over-saturated.
