With Manage, theres an option to Deliver Quietly, which turns off all of those specific apps notifications.

The iPhone sends texts using the Apple iMessage network or through standard SMS texts to non-Apple devices. The tips in this article apply to both kinds of texting, and the procedures apply to all currently supported versions of iOS.
What Is Imessage And How Does It Work
iMessage was Apples answer to Blackberry Messenger, and it is fundamentally different than traditional text messaging and multimedia messaging because iMessage uses data to send messages instead of the text messaging plan through your cellular service provider.
iMessage is a great feature because it allows iPhones, iPads, iPods, and Macs to send messages that transcend the traditional 160-character limit of text messages and data limits associated with MMS messages. Solution 8 Check Your Apple Id And Phone Number Settings
Some iPhone users may also experience situations when they get messages on an Apple device but their iPhone is not receiving texts. In this case, you should check if your iMessage settings are set to receive and start messages from your Apple ID instead of your phone number.
Go to Settings > Messages, and select Send & Receive to check whether your phone number is set to send and receive messages.
Troubleshooting An Apple iPhone Not Receiving Texts From Android
SMS problems like unable to send or receive SMS or text messages on your new iPhone XR can also be due to network problems. That being said, check and ensure that your iPhone has strong and stable network signal. Imessage Enabled On Your Mac
For some folks enabling their Messages app on their Macs was somehow blocking notifications going to their iPhones! Open Messages on your Mac, then navigate to Messages > Preferences and uncheck the box marked Enable this account.
This doesnt remove your Apple ID from messages but rather deactivates Messages from sending or receiving.
Test Your Internet Connection
Unlike regular texts, iMessages send over the internet. So you need to have a working Wi-Fi connection or good cell reception with available mobile data to use iMessages. Open a web browser and try loading a new webpage to test your internet connection.
If you can’t get online, that will explain why iMessage isn’t working on your iPhone or Mac. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or check how much mobile data you’ve got left.
Strangely, iMessage doesn’t always let you activate the service over Wi-Fi. So if you’re trying to use iMessage for the first time but can’t get it working at all, try disabling Wi-Fi temporarily and activate iMessage on your iPhone over cellular data instead.

You Only Receive Messages On One Device
If youve got more than one iOS device, then you might be getting your iMessages sent to your Apple ID, rather than to your phone number itself. You can see if your phone number is set up to receive messages by going to Settings > Messages, and then going to Send and Receive.
If your phone number doesnt appear, then you need to link your phone number to your Apple ID to send or receive messages from your phone number. You can also set up Text Message Forwarding to send MMS and SMS messages across all your devices.
To do so, make sure that your iMessage is logged in with the same Apple ID across all your devices, and then on your iPhone, go to Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding. From there, you can choose the devices that can sync up with your iPhone, and send or receive texts.

Clearing Data And Cache
