Apple launched the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in 2014. The latter was Apple’s first foray into a “phablet” or large-screened smartphone. Both were the first devices to support Apple Pay. The iPhone 6 Plus had a more advanced camera with optical image stabilization to help users take better pictures, too. Some users complained of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus units “bending” when they launched.

The release of the iPhone 3GS marked a new beginning in iPhone history largely because it was was the first iPhone to receive an interim update. The S after 3G became Apples way of indicating that the phone was new but that it also maintained many of the same features as the previous version.
Part of the reason for this was that the iPhones had become so popular that people began expecting a new version every year, but the technology was not advancing fast enough for there to be a dramatically new version every year.

At this point in iPhone history, the yearly release for the new device had become more than tradition. Although some of the initial shock and awe had worn off, people still lined up for the new device, and first weekend sales continued to be through the roof. However, at this point in the history of the iPhone, we can raise an important question: what else can they do?
However, this type of thinking is typical of those who arent working on the inside. We look at these devices and consider them magic, whereas the engineers developing them see them as works in progress. Then, when the new phone comes out, were once again wowed at their ability to make a product many already considered great even better.
One thing Apple did with this iPhone that had nothing to do with the device itself was release two versions at the same time. The only other time this had been done in iPhone history was with the release of the iPhone 5C and 5S, but these were interim models. Encryption And Intelligence Agency Access
It was revealed as a part of the 2013 mass surveillance disclosures that the American and British intelligence agencies, the National Security Agency and the Government Communications Headquarters have access to the user data in iPhones, BlackBerrys, and Android phones, respectively. They can read almost all smartphone information, including SMS, location, emails, and notes.
According to an article in The New York Times titled “Signaling Post-Snowden Era, New iPhone Locks Out N.S.A.”, Apple has developed a new encryption method for iOS 8, described as “so deep that Apple could no longer comply with government warrants asking for customer information to be extracted from devices.”
The GrayKey, manufactured by Grayshift, can unlock iPhones, even if they are disabled. As a countermeasure, Apple implemented USB Restricted Mode.
As of April 2016, Apple’s privacy policy addresses requests from government agencies for access to customers’ data: “Apple has never worked with any government agency from any country to create a ‘backdoor’ in any of our products or services. We have also never allowed any government access to our servers. And we never will.” In 2015 the Electronic Frontier Foundation awarded Apple five out of five stars “commend Apple for its strong stance regarding user rights, transparency, and privacy.”

- Battery life The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a battery life of 28 hours, the iPhone 13 Pro has a 22-hour lifespan, the iPhone 13 lasts for 19 hours, and the iPhone 13 mini lasts for around 17 hours.
- Capacity All iPhone 13 models have capacity option of 128GB, 256GB, and 512 GB, but the Pro and Pro Max also have 1TB options.
- Price The iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $1099, the iPhone Pro starts at $999, and the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini retail at $799 and $699 respectively.

By now, the iPhone was being sold on countless networks in countless countries. Just over five million iPhones were sold the first weekend the iPhone 5 was available, the most ever for the first weekend, although this number disappointed stockholders who were expecting sales figures to be much higher. iPhone 4s: October 14 2011
Talk about a huge difference between the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S: the camera went from 5 MP to a whopping 8 MP. Now, thats an upgrade. Apple also introduced the 64 GB storage option but kept the memory at 512 MB. Video could then be recorded in 1080p. Oh, I cant forgethello, Siri! Apple sold four million units of the iPhone 4S in its first week.
iPhone 6s And 6s Plus
Apple’s iPhone 6S and 6S Plus represent meaty upgrades to the 2014 models on which they’re based. The 6S and 6S plus get new force touch technology called 3D Touch, as well as a beefed up 12-megapixel iSight camera that can shoot 4K video. Both phones run on a faster A9 chip, and come in a new color for 2015: rose gold.
