Unpair Your iPhone And Pair It Again

Turning Off Carplay Through Settings
1. Open your settings app.
2. Scroll to the third section of options and select “General.”
3. In the “General” settings menu, select “CarPlay.”
4. The “CarPlay” menu shows the vehicles synced to your phone. To disconnect from a vehicle, tap on the option you’d like to forget. Selecting a vehicle takes you to the vehicle menu.
5. In the vehicle menu, tap “Forget This Car”.
6. Confirm that you want to forget the vehicle by tapping “Forget” on the pop-up menu. This option allows you to forget a single car while allowing your iPhone to connect to other cars.

Depending on your car’s make and model, it may offer its own auto-playing Bluetooth settings, separate from your iPhone (or any other smartphone. Before you go diving to shut off your iPhone, check there.

Use A Silent Music Track To Prevent Apple Music From Playing
You can always organize your music playlists and tracks to play in order in a music app. To prevent songs from automatically playing loud, put silent music tracks ahead of your favorite songs. As Apple Music tends to play tracks in alphabetical order, you can rename the silent ones and make them play first.
Arrange Your Carplay Apps
While using CarPlay, the display in your car will show your available apps. To add, remove, or arrange the order of the apps on your iPhone:

How To Completely Disable Apple Carplay
If you don’t use CarPlay or you find it frustrating that it starts up every time you connect your phone to your car, you can completely disable it. Surprisingly, however, you’ll have to go through Screen Time to do it.
If you do choose to turn off CarPlay using this method, you’ll be completely disabling the feature, so until you go back through these instructions and re-enable CarPlay, you won’t be able to use it.
Open your iPhone’s Settings and then tap Screen Time.
On the Screen Time settings page, scroll down and tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
In Content & Privacy Restrictions, if you haven’t already enabled Content & Privacy Restrictions, toggle it on .
Once your apps are showing as editable, then find and tap Allowed Apps.
On the Allowed Apps screen, toggle off CarPlay. This blocks it from being accessed at all, both wirelessly and when your phone is connected to a cable. To use CarPlay in the future, you’ll have to toggle this option back on, first.
