The biggest iPhone you can buy right now is the iPhone 12 Pro Max it has a 6.7in OLED display, the biggest ever fitted to an iPhone, and it measures in at 160.8 x 78.1 x 7.4 mm, making it the largest iPhone Apple has produced since the launch of the iPhone X.
However, the biggest iPhone overall, by sheer size, is the iPhone 8 Plus. Because it has a home button and large bezels at the top and bottom, it is both wider and taller than the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

This is nice and easy to follow: the more battery life you want, the bigger your iPhone 11 model needs to be! The smaller iPhone 11 Pro gets the shortest battery life, though it still gives you a day of use under normal conditions.
The iPhone 11 does better though, thanks to combining a bigger body with a lower-res screen. Youll get several extra hours of use as compared to the smaller 11 Pro.

The iPhone 11 has a dual-lens rear camera system, while the iPhone 11 Pro has a triple-lens system. All models include an ultra-wide lens and a wide lens, but the 11 Pro adds a telephoto into the mix.
The thing that makes this comparison easier is that the ultra-wide and wide cameras are the same on all devices. The ultra-wide lens is f/2.4 with a 120° field of view and a 12MP sensor, and it gives you a 0.5x zoom compared to the wide. The wide is f/1.8 with a 12MP sensor again.

In news that will surprise no one, all three iPhone 11 handsets use Apples A13 Bionic chipset. This being the next generation after the A12 Bionic in the iPhone XS range.
According to Apple, the A13 has the fastest CPU and GPU ever used in a smartphone. What we didnt know at launch was how much RAM these phones have, as Apple never reveals this, but teardowns have shown that they each have 4GB, so theres no difference there. As youd expect, we found in our own tests that performance from all three models was very strong.
For software, youre of course getting iOS 13 on all three models, while for storage, the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are available in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB sizes, while the iPhone 11 comes in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities.
Ceramic Shield Vs Gorilla Glass
Another notable difference is the screen glass. Apple unveiled its new “ceramic shield” technology with the iPhone 12 lineup, which it says gives the phone a 4x better drop performance than the Gorilla Glass screen on iPhone 11. We haven’t conducted drop or scratch tests for the iPhone 12 Pro or Pro Max, but we put ceramic shield to the test on the baseline iPhone 12 and also drop-tested the iPhone 12 Mini, and it seems virtually indestructible. Thats true of all three new iPhones, but the number of lenses differs, with the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max having three lenses, while the iPhone 11 comes with two. In all cases though the camera bump is rather large and unsightly.
The three phones all have water-resistance though, albeit to a depth of four meters for the Pro models and just two for the standard iPhone 11.
The colors also differ, with the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max coming in Gold, Space Grey, Silver and Midnight Green shades, while the iPhone 11 is more colorful in Yellow, Purple, Black, Green and White shades.
The iPhone 11 also has a glossy back, while the Pro models have a matte back, so the look is a bit different.
Finally, weight and dimensions also differ. The iPhone 11 Pro is 144 x 71.4 x 8.1mm and 188g, the iPhone 11 Pro Max is 158 x 77.8 x 8.1mm and 226g, and the iPhone 11 is 150.9 x 75.7 x 8.3mm and 194g. So the iPhone 11 is the thickest of the three, as is fitting given its lower price.
