Pair Airpods With Your iPhone
On iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, then turn on Bluetooth.
Go to the Home Screen on your iPhone.
Do one of the following:
AirPods and AirPods Pro: Open the case with your AirPods inside, then hold it next to your iPhone.
AirPods Max: Take your AirPods Max out of the Smart Case, then hold AirPods Max next to your iPhone.
Follow the onscreen instructions, then tap Done.
Note: If onscreen instructions for pairing your AirPods Max dont appear, go to Settings > Bluetooth, then select your AirPods Max. If the status light doesnt flash white on AirPods Max, press and hold the noise control button until it does.

Now that youve turned on both Find My and Location Services, pair your AirPods with your iPhone so you can locate your AirPods when theyre lost.
To do that, open Settings on your iPhone and tap Bluetooth. Then, toggle on the Bluetooth option if it isnt already.

Even though AirPods are designed to connect seamlessly to iPhone, at times, the pairing may run into issues. But bother not, if you cant pair your AirPods with your iPhone, the following tips can help you resolve the problems.
1. Turn Off/On Bluetooth
Turning off/on Bluetooth can often let you fix the pairing issue. So, give it a try first up.
